Values

Ambition

We show up to work as our best selves every day and show our drive through quality care, respectfulness, and dedication to our patients. We are passionate professionals about veteran wellbeing, and we showcase this first and foremost to provide quality, long-lasting care.

Equity

By addressing systemic inequalities that exist outside of our organization and examining how our organization participates within this structure, we strive to eliminate roadblocks with our patients to help empower them and build a better tomorrow.

Accessibility

We cater individually to our patients' needs. We ensure that every patient understands the process for all treatment and care they are given and we make sure that all barriers a client is facing to receiving services are addressed.

Active Collaboration

Our team works strongly together and with our community partners and establishes innovative strategies to strengthen access to care for veterans within our community.

Accountability

RecoVET works to have strong, clear communication and takes ownership of its decisions regarding service delivery to meet all organizational goals to build and sustain trust with our patients.

Excellence

Provide excellent quality improvement planning influenced by evidence-based practices throughout all facets of the organization to live our mission, best-practice.

Resilience

RecoVET is“in the trenches”  with our patients and we are prepared to work through any difficult situation when it arises to arise stronger with them on the other side.
